NCheck Bio Attendance On-Premises

Install the server on your own Windows or Linux machine and keep every attendance record in-house — four steps to the first check-in.

1

Install the server

Check the requirements — Windows 8 or higher, 8 GB RAM, 1.5 GB free disk and a webcam, or Linux via Docker — then download the server from the downloads page and run the installer.

2

Configure the server

Open the Control Panel from the system-tray icon or in a browser at https://localhost:8443 (default login admin / admin). Add employees in User Management and enrol face, fingerprint or iris data.

3

Register client devices

Install the Attend or Admin client and select On-premises mode. Create a registration token under Register devices, enter it in the app, then activate with your licence file (internet needed once).

4

Mark attendance

Employees check in on the server device or any registered client. Cameras and scanners are detected automatically; every record appears in Control Panel → Event Log.
