The challenge

A small, family-run Ayurveda resort employs around 20 professionals — doctors, nurses, masseurs, cooks, gardeners and guards — mostly on time-based salaries. They had only a basic fingerprint device with no reporting or support, no dedicated HR, and no IT infrastructure.
