Light visitor check-in is bundled into every paid plan — the staffed-reception suite is a per-location add-on metered by visit volume. Check-in method is your choice per site: biometric (face, fingerprint or iris — a matched, verified identity rivals don’t offer) or non-biometric with zero enrolment (QR self check-in, PIN, ID-document scan, host approval, printed badge).
